Not happy with your new bag of fruit?

If you’re not 100% stoked on your NCHE, drop us an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.  All customer returns will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

We abide by the fair is fair policy for all surfers.  If the suit doesn’t fit, we will send you the right size but you will be responsible for shipping costs.  Please refer to our size chart for the correct sizing before you pull the trigger on purchase.

If the suit is faulty or different to what your saw online, you may be entitled to a full refund of the suit, shipping costs or a replacement suit.   Please send us an email with all your correct contact details and a short description of the problem. 

If you accidentally spent your birds birthday money on a new 3/2 and need to return it, you legally have 14 days to send it back unused with proof of purchase.  We will refund the cost of the suit via the same method you paid, not inclusive of the shipping.
