If you’re not 100% stoked on your NCHE, drop us an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
If the suit doesn’t fit, let us know and we will send you another size at no additional cost. (yep, we cover the shipping again, and pick up the incorrect size from your front door)
Please refer to our size chart for the correct sizing before you pull the trigger on purchase.
If the suit is faulty or different to what your saw online when it arrives at the front door, you'll get a full refund, or a new suit. Please send us an email with all your correct contact details and a short description of the problem.
If you accidentally spent your rent money on a new 3/2 and need to return it, you legally have 14 days to send it back unused with proof of purchase. We will refund the cost of the suit via the same method you paid, not inclusive of the shipping.
We work hard to make sure the suits are flexible, durable and warm, take care of your NCHE and it will take care of you. (care instructions are on the inside of every suit)
**Free shipping & returns is only valid for Australian customers. If you purchase a suit & we ship it OS and it doesn't fit, we will gladly exchange, but you will have to wear the cost of shipping.
